Last Rays over the Gulf

Last Rays over the Gulf

The last rays of the setting sun illuminate the slender stalks of sea grass in the white sands of Florida’s Gulf Coast.

Details: in just a few minutes, the sun will be completely hidden from view, but it’s last golden rays add warmth to the white sands which look almost purple in the twilight. The delicate marks of an afternoon rain are imprinted on the sand and captured using a wide-angle lens at its smallest aperture for maximum depth of field.
